Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • Technical issues affecting service quality
  • Pro-rated refunds for cancelled annual subscriptions

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on usage and remaining subscription period.

Cancellation vs Refund

Stops future billing but allows access until the current period ends
